Bertch cabinets are 100% made in the USA. While some cabinet companies import their products from overseas, Bertch produces and assembles all wood components on-site. Bertch Cabinet, LLC is based in Waterloo, Iowa, and also has production facilities in the neighboring towns of Jesup and Oelwein, Iowa. Bertch is part of the Master Brand Family, which has its corporate headquarters in Beachwood, Ohio.

Once you order your Bertch cabinets from your dealer, the amount of time it takes them to arrive depends on which product line you choose (i.e., Bertch Bath, Kitchen+, Elan, Marketplace, Oasis, Hospitality, etc.) and your geographical location.

All Bertch cabinets are delivered on Bertch’s fleet of trucks. By default, your kitchen cabinets will be delivered to your dealer, but job-site delivery will also be available.

Color chips or sample doors must be obtained from your local Bertch Dealer/Showroom. Please remember that any sample is a representation of the color, and your actual cabinets may vary somewhat in tint or in the lightness or darkness of the wood. This variation is part of the nature of wood.

Stain is available in quarts for standard finishes and may be ordered through an authorized Bertch Dealer/Showroom. Premium finishes and glazes are not available for field use due to special, factory-grade mixing requirements and special application procedures that can only be done in our state-of-the-art cabinet manufacturing facilities.

While hiring a professional is highly recommended, it is not required. Installing cabinets can be a fairly complicated process and requires several tools and physical ability. Normally, the Bertch Dealer/Showroom you purchase your Bertch cabinetry from can either perform the installation or recommend an installer for you.

To clean Bertch cabinets, you must use a clean cloth and mild soap (if necessary). Wipe dry with a clean, soft cloth. For more information, refer to our Cabinet Care Guide.

Bertch’s current warranty for all product lines (i.e. Bertch Bath, Kitchen+, Elan, Marketplace, Oasis, Hospitality, etc.) has a limited lifetime. To read or print the details of this warranty, visit our warranty page HERE. This warranty went into effect on March 15, 2004.

Our Warranty

Bertch will work directly with your dealer and you to replace damaged items. You can begin the process by speaking with your authorized Bertch Dealer.

Typically, if a product has been retired, there is a window of approximately six months you can still get a replacement part. However, depending on the specific replacement part you need, that window of time might be longer or shorter based on a number of factors.
